The hotel's beachfront location is ideal for families, as it provides easy access to a variety of boat tours right from the property, offering an exciting opportunity for island hopping. We particularly enjoyed the 15-minute walk to Begaho Falls, which was a lovely way to connect with nature and engage in a bit of adventure. Despite the promising setting, we faced challenges during our stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, complicating our ability to plan our outings. The team's responsiveness varied, which made certain requests feel overlooked. We found the beds uncomfortable, and amenities like the air conditioning left much to be desired. The included breakfast did offer a range of choices, and we valued the restaurant's offerings. The staff was generally friendly and accommodating, especially Jiras, who provided guidance on local activities.
